Referrals to Education 1st
If you would like enquire about a referral at Education 1st please email referrals@education-1st.org.uk for a referral pack and a Service Level Agreement. Once all the completed paperwork is received, an admissions meeting is set up with the student, parent/carer and Education 1st. The commissioning body is invited to attend and there might also be multi-agency involvement.
Holiday engagement
Some referrals have holiday intervention as part of their Education 1st provision. The purpose is to keep students engaged by providing emotional and academic support and opportunities for new experiences. This continuity benefits the students and better prepares them for the start of the new term.
